Yoga was the beginning of my spiritual journey, breath and body connecting to the soul by calming the mind. Practicing yoga, I learned how to follow my heart. By being more present to the quiet voice of my heart and subtle signs of my reality, I have learnt to listen to the guided steps from within onto the path of my life mission. With yoga I could recognise and heal the imbalance and toxicity in my body and come to a place of inner tranquillity and live a harmonious lifestyle, in balance and alignment with my highest and truest version of myself. Yoga was a great exercise to heal myself from unhealthy cells and a burned out mind/nerves breakdown.
