If you have booked and paid for a session but cannot attend, please notify Julian directly by email, at Julian24560@gmail.com. To transfer your booking to a future session of the same value, simply make this request via email at least 24 hours before the session start time. For cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session start time, a 50% refund will be transferred into your account via the same method by which the original payment was made (usually PayPal). Please allow up to 7 days processing time. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session time, no refund will be given.
