This treatment assists to get to know yourself in depth, with the intention to live a lifestyle from the heart with purpose aligning to your soul. The treatment offers back, hand and feet reflexology, emotional clearing, muscular restoration within a nurturing massage.
Through out your experience in your meditative relaxed state, the massage therapist will connect to your subconscious and higher self through holistic coaching. As we connect the mind and body to clear blockages from the root cause of the problem. According to the therapy and an energetic alignment body scan, we provide tools to live as your healthiest version.
What to expect during your session
We take the time to get to know you, and settle in to a relax
place inside of yourself with a cup of tea and 15 min intake. You
will be invited into a private consulting room to start the 1 hour
back massage therapy, your practitioner will treat your body
with relaxation, deep tissue, reflexology, emotional clearing &
discovery technieqs and meditative health and life coaching.
After this journey the therapist will go to your feet, for a 15 min
feet and reflexology massage to support and discover stuck
energy within your organs. Followed by a 15 min energy healing,
to realign, detox and restore the chakras and energy body.
The last stage of this session is to discuss the journey with your
therapist over a glass of water or tea, and take away the
supportive personal home care tools to stay in balance and live
the best version of yourself on the path of your souls mission.
This combination is very powerful, and create instant wisdom
& balance in your whole being.
